Where are your products shipped from?

We use various shipping methods across the country. Our warehouse is located in Pretoria North. We provide some of the fastest, most affordable delivery options in the industry.

Can I expedite my shipping?

Yes! We offer Overnight Shipping to selected areas. Contact us for further details.

Do You Ship Internationally?

At this time we do not offer international shipping, but we do accept international credit cards.

I received the wrong goods, what do I do??

Although we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes the wrong items are shipped from our warehouses. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and our customer service team is here to help make things right. Orders and Returns

How do I place an Order?
STEP ONE: Browse at Your Leisure
  • Explore the online shop, click a product to see additional information about the item.
  • On any other page, use the “shop” tab at the top left to get back to the shop page.
STEP TWO: Add to Cart
  • Select the products or packages you wish to order, and click the “Add to Cart” button for each product. You can also choose to add more than one of each item using quantity buttons of each product.
  • Click the Shopping Cart button at the top righty of the page (showing your current order total) to display the quantities of the items you have placed in your shopping cart and the total cost of your order.
  • If you wish to remove an item in your current order, simply go to your cart and select the “Remove item”.  Then item will be removed from your shopping cart.
STEP THREE: Make Payment
  • When you’ve completed shopping, click the “Proceed to Checkout button in your shopping cart list, using the button at the top right of any page.
  • On Checkout page provide requested information for address, shipping and payment method.
  • Deliveries will be made between 9am and 5pm from Monday to Friday.
  • Select the most convenient payment method for you. Please remember to include your invoice/order number as the reference when making payment.

You may change the contents or the quantities of items in your shopping bag until you click “Submit Order”

After your order has been submitted, a “Thank You” page will be displayed confirming that your order was received. You will also receive an email confirmation promptly following each order.

STEP FOUR:Delivery Details

Free delivery for orders from R 2000.00 or a standard R100.00 for all orders below R2000.00.

Our delivery times to main centres are 5 – 7 working days and possibly longer for outlying area’s. We aim to deliver on time as promised, however things may happen that are beyond our control therefore we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered on time. You will be able to track your order using the tracking ID sent to you by email when your order leaves our warehouse. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Customer Care
